A2 Cloud Academy
Concepts to Contracts

Who We Serve
Career Switchers
People transitioning into tech from other fields—educators, retail pros, veterans, artists—who bring life experiences and a drive to learn cloud from the ground up.
Self-Taught Builders
Learners who skipped the bootcamp route and taught themselves the basics—now ready to go deeper with architectural thinking, tooling, and hands-on system design.
Hungry College Students
Undergraduates (or graduates) tired of theory and group projects. A² gives them infrastructure exposure, tooling fluency, and a path to client-ready delivery—before they graduate.
Junior Engineers
Folks already in tech roles but lacking the support to grow. We train them in production-grade standards and put them on track for the next step in their career—whether that be within Archiphire or for one of our clients.
Architects without Access
Not everyone starts at Amazon, Microsoft, or Google. Our program breaks down architecture, IaC, and secure-by-default thinking for people without a traditional tech foundation or background.
Clients Who Invest in Developing Talent
We don't just train students—we put them in jobs. Companies that we partner with believe in the development of talent and work with us to get aligned, coachable junior engineers ready to contribute.
Structured for Real Outcomes
A² Cloud Academy is being developed to do more than just teach—our goal is to build a system that tracks, mentors, and transforms. The curriculum will be delivered through Thinkific, with plans for live cohort sessions, recorded modules, and milestone-based progress tracking. Each student's journey is envisioned to be paced, monitored, and supported with intentional feedback.
Hands-On Experience
To simulate real-world environments, we're planning to integrate Instruqt for lab-based learning. While hands-on components will be limited during initial rollout, we're building toward a future where our labs mirror job-aligned scenarios—fostering skills infrastructure and security teams desperately need.
Pathways to Paid Work
At A², progress won’t just be measured—it will be rewarded. As we scale, top talent will have opportunities to support Archiphire client projects as paid junior contributors. This is our vision for closing the gap between learning and earning: a direct pipeline from our academy to real-world consulting impact.
Weeks 1-2: Cloud Foundations
• Deep dive into AWS, Azure, and GCP consoles • Provisioning core resources: VMs, storage, networking • Understanding regions, zones, cost considerations, and scaling
Weeks 3-4: Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Essentials
• Intro to Terraform and CloudFormation templates • Writing simple reusable scripts • Walkthrough deploying architecture with IaC
Weeks 5-6: Systems Thinking & Architecture Basics
• Live architectural infrastructure diagramming • Learn to design with pillars of cloud like scalability, security, and availability embedded • Teardown of real-world client-style architectures
Weeks 7-8: Security, Documentation, & Delivery
• IAM fundamentals and cloud-native security practices • How to write documentation clients and engineers will actually use • Simulated delivery: presenting and justifying architecture decisions
